Arrived home to discover 2 chips on bonnet of brand new car. With all the info I was overloaded with on collection of car, last thing I thought to do was check bodywork of a brand new car. INCREDIBLY disappointing!!!

This was my wife's car - I happened to be picking up. The initial bill was incorrect, we were significantly over charged. If she had collected the car she would have just paid without question. This really makes me nervous about using you again

Car broke down at 10.30 in the morning- offered technical assistance at 18.15. Car towed away and replacement car delivered at 19.00 and not a Mini replacement car given Peugeot 2008 and manual instead of automatic.. lots of phone calls and stressful

I was still unsure about driving my car, because the technician couldn't find a fault with the automatic braking. There were no cars people animals or objects anywhere near when my car with no warning braked abruptly when I was driving on open road .

Poor and conflicting information given, being called lovely I found quite patronising and being told by a male member of staff he had only seen me moaning and groaning by my mini, without actually listening to me! Would not have said that to a man!
