The only issue we had was out of the mini centres hands in terms of our car being in the right place at the right time. It was a logistics problem at national level that was out of the control of the centre and took nearly 3 weeks to resolve.

Apart from the complete change of staff on the sales team from the order to delivery it was ok, although I was told I would get a follow up call the following week to see how I was getting on - this didn't happen.

The friendliness on each visit is genuine from all of the team, nothing is to much trouble, any work carried out on the car is always explained in detail so I am fully in the picture which is very re assuring. Must also thank Seb the manager.
