All of the staff made us feel welcome, were helpful, friendly and genuinly insterested in us. We brought our dog with us, and i am disabled, but these things accomodated very well and become oart of the positives. Kayleigh was AMAZING!

VERTU kept us informed all the time about what was causing the delay with our Mini and what they were doing to try and sort everything out. They were brilliant and got everyone involved in resolving all the problems they were encountering.

Dan Ross and Casper Paine were excellent throughout. They had a first class knowledge of the product and their communication was spot on. Sadly, they had to cover for the woeful Mini UK systems which failed on the day and caused much confusion.

The service by the staff were exemplary. Quick check in, offered tea/coffee/ informed me of the progress of my MOT and in addition, when there was a safety issue (which did not affect the outcome of the MOT) fitted the required parts.

Tyre pressure light came back on the day after the service after being assured that the tyres were checked for a slow leak or any other issues and nothing could be found yet the tyre pressure dropped enough for the alert to come on

The mini is the most fantastic car I've ever owned. I'm amazed every day when I get into it and have a brilliant drive, it's comfortable, responsive and the dogs love it, my husband is also delighted, what more can I say?

Very good service from Julie-Anne Swinton, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Very good service also from Sebastian Thomas, very accommodating. However, both Health Checks this year had anomalies relating to brake pads and "Next Service Due".

This was my wife's car - I happened to be picking up. The initial bill was incorrect, we were significantly over charged. If she had collected the car she would have just paid without question. This really makes me nervous about using you again

Car broke down at 10.30 in the morning- offered technical assistance at 18.15. Car towed away and replacement car delivered at 19.00 and not a Mini replacement car given Peugeot 2008 and manual instead of automatic.. lots of phone calls and stressful
