Although we said we were considering two other manufacturers Dan ignored that and launched into his pitch regardless, whereas the BMW dealer saw it as an objection and lost interest.

All staff friendly and welcoming. Kaleigh was friendly and professional. Kaleigh spent a lot of time with us explaining cars functions and setting it up for us. She really was outstanding in the help and support she gave us.

Julie's customer service very good and technician too...even when I phoned to query a couple of things . was told tyre pressure had been checked but when queried it had not.

Delivery time not as originally expected, which was disappointing, but Caspar helped as much as he could to manage the delay and not inconvenience me too much.
