There was a significant issue with the paperwork requiring escalation within Mini UK and Munich resulting in a 2 week delay to collect the car. The Vertu Team diligently pursued to resolve but the experience was frustrating all round,

It was a busy day there were 3 people waiting to check vehicles in, which took a while.You had 2 members of staff on the desk but only one dealing with check in's. It might be an idea if the other member of staff could help out, just by taking a name

Some parts had to be ordered for the following day resulting from the vehicle inspection. Communication was excellent so I could plan the rest of my day. When I collected the car it was very easy to pay and pick up the keys. All work completed.

The service took an hour longer than expected as the mechanics had an issue with the oil leaking. I was told at the time they forgot to put the bung in the oil filter. So they told me the problem and I waited.

Very hard to get hold of the mini service department by phone. I go through to the BMW dealer, then get put through to an empty desk where no one answers. My surname is incorrect and stays incorrect on all documents even after asking to get corrected

I feel the management have been extremely fair with repairs/maintenance in the 4+ years since ordering the vehicle, despite the warranty expiring. Julie Swinton is a shining star on the service desk. The wash leaves a lot to be desired; and streaks.

Told me that my brake pads were 90% worn and that I needed to change them ASAP. I changed them myself and they were at worst 50% worn so either the assessor was mistaken or you were trying to get me to pay for work which wasn't needed!

I was given the car back not charged it was in for the battery test die to 25 % reduction in battery. The battery was not once tested or charged. I was asked if I would like the car cleaned it was returned dirty inside and out.

After a recent pothole blowout Mini Bridgwater got the car in quickly replaced the tyre and assisted in the insurance claim. Very professional and efficient service. Julie handled everything perfectly. This is why I always return to this Mini Centre.
