After a recent pothole blowout Mini Bridgwater got the car in quickly replaced the tyre and assisted in the insurance claim. Very professional and efficient service. Julie handled everything perfectly. This is why I always return to this Mini Centre.

Sought full diagnostic examination because of Engine management light warning - the emission light. That problem still persists / has not been resolved. Cannot proceed with other work identified until EML light cleared/ possible MOT failure.,

Terrible communication. Someone called Seb Thomas was supposed to ring me - never did. Very rude. Poor customer service.

Charged for installation of a part which could have been done in 5 minutes at home. Quoted different price from another branch for the work too. Just disappointing and expensive.

Kept informed throughout, despite having to leave car overnight ( which wasn't planned). Even de-iced mini for me.

The repair was managed perfectly and the car was ready to collect before the time given!! I was kept up to date the whole way through, which was just what I needed!
