I feel the management have been extremely fair with repairs/maintenance in the 4+ years since ordering the vehicle, despite the warranty expiring. Julie Swinton is a shining star on the service desk. The wash leaves a lot to be desired; and streaks.

Told me that my brake pads were 90% worn and that I needed to change them ASAP. I changed them myself and they were at worst 50% worn so either the assessor was mistaken or you were trying to get me to pay for work which wasn't needed!

Excellent service from Julie. Kept us informed. Sorted everything. Really think the printer situation needs to be sorted though. The staff having to run across the forecourt several times isn't ideal. Really felt for them.

Very grateful for work done but thought a visual check of car could have not been done as I was booked in in just a matter of weeks for a service. As I wasn't booked in I already felt guilty taking up a fitters time.
