There was a significant issue with the paperwork requiring escalation within Mini UK and Munich resulting in a 2 week delay to collect the car. The Vertu Team diligently pursued to resolve but the experience was frustrating all round,

Some parts had to be ordered for the following day resulting from the vehicle inspection. Communication was excellent so I could plan the rest of my day. When I collected the car it was very easy to pay and pick up the keys. All work completed.

It was a busy day there were 3 people waiting to check vehicles in, which took a while.You had 2 members of staff on the desk but only one dealing with check in's. It might be an idea if the other member of staff could help out, just by taking a name

Quick and easy to book the car in and I was kept up to date with the process.

The service took an hour longer than expected as the mechanics had an issue with the oil leaking. I was told at the time they forgot to put the bung in the oil filter. So they told me the problem and I waited.
