The service took much longer than I had been advised and I would have liked more updates to the progress than I received. Felt slightly abandoned and ignored by the staff whilst waiting.

We only came to 'look' and ended up buying! The Aceman is absolutely fab. Kelsie, who guided us through the purchase was very knowledgeable, patient and not at all pushy. She clearly loves mini as much as we do!

Work was started that wasn't required but in fairness, Vertu covered this cost. A new tyre that was fitted had a faulty valve. We had to call Mini Roadside Assist. Sytner Newport fixed this fault today + another tyre sensor found to be faulty.

The service we received from all the staff was first class, especially from Julie-anne Swinton, very polite and extremely efficient. Kept us informed what was happening to our car at each stage.

Although we said we were considering two other manufacturers Dan ignored that and launched into his pitch regardless, whereas the BMW dealer saw it as an objection and lost interest.
