I approved a new tyre that was neither needed nor in stock. Would've also been nice if Chris who was dealing with me could get my name correct. Not a big deal but just good customer service.

Kept my car too long. Took it in at 8 am and told them i needed my car for work in the late afternoon 4/5. Kept getting text saying its still ongoing eventually collected car around 5.15 and had to go straight to work. Also charged double,

I asked for the vehicle not to be cleaned. On collection it was the opposite. The paint work now has swirl marks all over it. Damage to the paint by poor cleaning technique. It will now cost me money to rectify.
