Poor and conflicting information given, being called lovely I found quite patronising and being told by a male member of staff he had only seen me moaning and groaning by my mini, without actually listening to me! Would not have said that to a man!

We only came to 'look' and ended up buying! The Aceman is absolutely fab. Kelsie, who guided us through the purchase was very knowledgeable, patient and not at all pushy. She clearly loves mini as much as we do!

Work was started that wasn't required but in fairness, Vertu covered this cost. A new tyre that was fitted had a faulty valve. We had to call Mini Roadside Assist. Sytner Newport fixed this fault today + another tyre sensor found to be faulty.

I asked for the vehicle not to be cleaned. On collection it was the opposite. The paint work now has swirl marks all over it. Damage to the paint by poor cleaning technique. It will now cost me money to rectify.
