When i came to brigewater for my service i was told i was not booked in,so i told the person i was beacause i caulled up and made an appointment, also had a phone call to confrim. I was told it will be ok and will be done on the day which was fine.

Arrived home to discover 2 chips on bonnet of brand new car. With all the info I was overloaded with on collection of car, last thing I thought to do was check bodywork of a brand new car. INCREDIBLY disappointing!!!
